★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venivo da esperienze negative presso i vari store Vodafone, ma per la prima volta posso dire di essere stata trattata e servita in maniera eccellente. Mi hanno seguito e aiutato fin dalla mia prima chiamata in negozio per poi dimostrare professionalità e gentilezza all'interno del negozio. Un grazie infinito al ragazzo (gentilissimo e bravissimo) e alla signora bionda di una simpatia e bravura infinita.

 I came from negative experiences at the various Vodafone stores, but for the first time I can say that I was treated and served in an excellent way. They followed me and helped me from my first call to the shop and then showed professionalism and kindness inside the shop. An infinite thanks to the boy (very kind and very good) and to the blonde lady of infinite sympathy and skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior centro Vodafone che abbia mai visitato. Personale incompetente e moooolto arrogante, sopratutto la signora bionda. Vedo dai commenti sotto che non sono l'unica a citarla come tale. Fate un giro largo da sto postaccio. Alla mia richiesta a farmi ridare i soldi per il servizio non eseguito correttamente, anzi mi hanno creato un gran disagio per il lavoro, la signora mi ha minacciato che i soldi "mi da in testa". Più cafoni di cosi non ho ancora visto.
Come si vede anche la signora qui sotto è dolce solo con chi le lascia commenti positivi mentre quelli negativi invece di rimediare incolpa il cliente. Il servizio cosi oggi non deve esistere!
Worst Vodafone center I've ever visited. Incompetent and veeeery arrogant staff, especially the blonde lady. I see from the comments below that I'm not the only one citing it as such. Take a ride off I'm bad place. At my request to get the money back for the service not performed correctly, indeed they created me a great inconvenience for the job, the lady threatened me that the money "gives me on my head". I haven't seen more peasants than this yet.
As you can see, the lady below is sweet only with those who leave positive comments while the negative ones, instead of remedying, blame the customer. The service like this today does not have to exist!

Don't choose vodafone. Pick other telephone company! Stupid services appearing without your knowledge and you have to pay for them.
