★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare di abbonamento free, a giugno 2018 mi sono recato per il secondo cambio telefono, mi richiamano perché non hanno telefoni disponibili, mai più risentiti. Nel primo cambio telefono avvenuto a maggio 2017, in abbonamento free, restituisco il Samsung s6 ed in cambio mi danno il huawei p10; per errore o volutamente non lo so, non mi fanno sottoscrivere l'opzione cambio telefono ma il cambio piano, pago quindi il recesso anticipato del contratto di euro 100 e continuo a pagare ancora tutt'oggi il telefono Samsung s6 che gli ho restituito oltre ovviamente che il nuovo huawei. Più volte ho inviato a loro mail di verifica ma non ho mai ricevuto risposte, risponderanno all'avvocato.

I miei genitori sono andati la per sentire per una tariffa fibra+3 sim, si sono informati e dopo 3 giorni sono tornati per fare il contratto scoprendo che la tariffa era "scaduta" e che potevamo prenderne una uguale che costa 5 euro in più, dato che i miei genitori non ne sono stati felici niente contratto.
Abbiamo anche controllato online e quella tariffa è ancora valida e costava pure 1€ in meno che la prima proposta che gli avevano fatto...
They tried to scam my parents ...
My parents went there to hear for a fiber + 3 sim rate, they inquired and after 3 days they returned to make the contract discovering that the rate had "expired" and that we could take an equal one which costs 5 euros more, since my parents were not happy with anything contracted.
We also checked online and that rate is still valid and it even cost € 1 less than the first proposal they had made ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs barely speak English, but it's okay. Although they're super loud when talking, at least they are attentive and pretty much understanding the customers. They even always give smile to the old ladies who were waiting with me outside, because only 2 people can enter the store at once.
I'm giving it 4 stars for the lack of information on their door and of course, the communication problem. It's a bit sad because it's located in the city center. If a lost tourist/foreigner come, they will not get a good help from this store for their sim cards....
