★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installata una nuova linea TIscali4g a casa. Tecnico arrivato con una faccia scogli***ta, salito in appartamento ed uscito sul balcone ha cominciato a chiedere a me con fare scontroso e maleducato dove fosse Abano terme, come se io lavorassi all'Aeronautica....(bastava prendere google maps e guardare....). Una volta appurato che il segnale non raggiungeva il ripetitore, siamo scesi per provare su un altro balcone: segnale andava.
Prima di montarlo mi dice "il totale da pagare non è 90 come da accordi con Tiscali ma 120 perché la staffa è a parte" da contratto Tiscali è scritto "messa in opera" quindi la staffa doveva essere inclusa altrimenti come la montava? Con acqua e zucchero?!?
Comincia i lavori con il trapano senza spostare gli oggetti sotto il punto dove effettuava i fori...uno schifo che neanche un muratore ubriaco sarebbe stato capace di fare.
Non rilascia nessuna fattura per i lavori e va via.

A new TIscali4g line has been installed at home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro pessimo e conteggiato metraggio cavo inesistente dato che Morgan ha preferito non la strada più breve, scavalcando la grondaia. Aspettiamo da marzo che Tiscali faccia un sopralluogo da altro tecnico. Pagati 40€ extra con una pseudo ricevuta. Vergognoso.
18/10 in risposta... Se ci fosse stato chiesto non avremmo mai fatto passare un cavo dentro e sopra la grondaia, quando bastava scendere dritti dall'antenna ed eventualmente costeggiare il muro ...e la tariffa è stata comunicata DOPO aver svolto il lavoro. Il mio vicino e amico elettricista che sono saliti sul tetto hanno detto da denuncia. Se fosse stato professionale non l'avrei menzionato ma visto che abbiamo misurato il cavo e risulta tutt'altro metraggio comunicato a Tiscali, era un dovere.
Bad work and counted nonexistent cable footage as Morgan preferred not the shortest route, bypassing the gutter. We have been waiting for Tiscali to carry out an inspection by another technician in March. Paid an extra 40 € with a pseudo-receipt. Shameful.
18/10 in response ... If we had been asked we would never have passed a cable in and over the gutter, when it was enough to go straight down from the antenna and eventually skirt the wall ... and the rate was communicated AFTER having carried out the job. My neighbor and friend electrician who went up on the roof said from the complaint. If it had been professional I would not have mentioned it but since we measured the cable and it is quite different footage communicated to Tiscali, it was a duty.

Metto una stella...solo perché bisogna..altrimenti ZERO!!!
