★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrei raccontare l'esperienza pessima ,al limite del ridicolo, con Tim vision e le risposte del servizio clienti .. Mi reco in negozio due volte e aldilà di tante chiacchere ,sono ancora in attesa della loro, "certa" ,chiamata per provare ad attivare un servizio che sembra una barzelletta.
I should tell the bad experience, bordering on ridicule, with Tim vision and customer service responses .. I go to the shop twice and beyond a lot of chat, I'm still waiting for their, "certain", call to try to activate a service that seems like a joke.

In fase di stipulazione del contratto ho chiesto esplicitamente di non voler attivare il servizio Tim Vision mi è stato detto che era obbligatorio. Ho chiesto che non mi venisse addebitato nessun costo in merito al servizio TV e mi sono stati continuamente addebitati soldi.
Ho dovuto pagare anche la spedizione del decoder che mi è arrivato a casa.
Non è il modo giusto di lavorare. Zero trasparenza.
Sottolineo anche il fatto che in negozio ho firmato solo la “privacy “ e non il contratto. Mi rivolgerò a chi di dovere.
Bad experience.
When signing the contract, I explicitly asked not to activate the Tim Vision service and was told that it was mandatory. I asked not to be charged for the TV service and I was continually charged money.
I also had to pay for the shipping of the decoder that arrived at my home.
Not the right way to work. Zero transparency.
I also stress the fact that in the shop I only signed the "privacy" and not the contract. I will turn to those in duty.
