In data 24 settembre ho fatto il passaggio della portabilità del mio numero da altro operatore (3) e si sono dimenticati di chiedere anche il trasferimento del credito residuo. Tim non può fare nulla ed io sono costretta a "rincorrere" il servizio clienti 3 che non risponde perché non sono più loro cliente. Un incubo! !!!
Maximum negative. On September 24th I made the transfer of the portability of my number to another operator (3) and they forgot to ask for the transfer of the remaining credit. Tim can't do anything and I'm forced to "chase" customer service 3 that doesn't respond because I'm no longer their customer. A nightmare! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a poor experience at this store. The staff member that created my Tim account connected two lines. I have no idea why. When I visited the official Tim store, they couldn't understand why they had done this either.
When I went in to highlight the issue, and the fact that I didn't want two numbers, the staff member decided that it was my fault and was very rude. Oh, and this isn't an official Tim store either, rather it is a franchise.
In summary, I don't trust the people in this store and would recommend you do business with the official Tim store near the town hall.
