I capi e i vestiti esposti sono di ottima fattura e diversi dal solito molto adatti per coloro che cercano un vestito alla moda e da indossare in occasioni particolari . Si Trovano solo Indumenti femminili ed accessori .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo : ho comprato un capo ad un prezzo ma arrivata alla cassa mi hanno fatto pagare di più. Quando mi sono accorta del problema sono tornata al negozio e le commesse sostengono che non ci sia nulla da fare. Davvero delusa, ho dovuto pagare di più per un loro errore.
Bad service: I bought a garment at a price but when I got to the checkout they made me pay more. When I noticed the problem I went back to the shop and the shop assistants say there is nothing to be done. Really disappointed, I had to pay more for their mistake.

Anche se non l ho comprato metto le 5 stelle per la ragazza che è stata molto carina e gentile. È giusto valorizzare le persone cosi perché al giorno d oggi fanno la differenza
Friday 25 February in the afternoon I went into the shop, the collection was not very to my liking but I tried on a dress. Even if I didn't buy it I put 5 stars for the girl who was very nice and kind. It is right to value people like this because nowadays they make a difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A malincuore, pessima esperienza : dopo aver effettuato un acquisto, mi sono accorta che la cassiera aveva commesso un errore facendomi pagare più di quanto dovuto (differenza tra il prezzo delle etichette e quanto scritto sullo scontrino). Sono tornata apposta per chiedere di risolvere la cosa. La commessa presente quando sono tornata ha pure chiamato la responsabile, eppure sembra non ci fosse niente da fare per risolvere il problema. Mi hanno solo proposto di effettuare un reso di quanto avevo acquistato e di emettere una gift card del valore totale. Sono stata molto delusa dal trattamento ricevuto, soprattutto in un tale negozio. Forse dovrebbero pensare a soluzioni migliori in casi simili. Davvero un peccato, non tornerò più.
Reluctantly, bad experience: after making a purchase, I realized that the cashier had made a mistake by making me pay more than what was due (difference between the price of the labels and what is written on the receipt). I came back on purpose to ask for a solution. The saleswoman who was present when I returned also called the manager, yet it seems there was nothing to be done to solve the problem. They only offered me to make a return of what I had purchased and to issue a gift card for the total value. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received, especially in such a shop. Perhaps they should think of better solutions in such cases. Really a shame, I will never go back.
