★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono rimasta delusa e amareggiata , del comportamento della commessa , ho portato un braccialetto appena regalato che alla sera stessa mi è rimasto in mano x farlo sistemare ed in pratica mi ha detto che non è un braccialetto da indossare x andare a letto ,ma praticamente non è da indossare e che l'ho tirato , quando non ho fatto proprio nulla , comunque di tornare a settembre xke il gioielliere non c'è e non può dirmi nulla .
Mancanza assoluta di gentilezza e di tatto .

Altre gioiellerie hanno cambiato senza batter ciglio gioielli che si sono rotti dopo 1 anni senza nessun problema. Mai acquisti da loro.

Anello che dopo due mesi dall'acquisto ha perso due brillanti, viene riparato, dopo altri due mesi si staccano gli stessi due brillanti e mi rispondono che sono stata io a provocare il danno. L'anello é chiaramente difettoso, é ancora in garanzia, ma nessun accenno a venire incontro al cliente. Molto delusa.
I do not recommend buying in this shop.
