Staff very evasive the advice given almost discolored and annoyed if you ask several times to be sure you have understood correctly. You pay a fortune for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non siamo riusciti a risolvere un problema ma non per il negoziante che è stato veramente bravo e paziente, bensì per un problema burocratico di riconoscimento da parte del software. Quindi per me e per come ha gestito la cosa direi che è stato bravo. I problemi erano dovuti dall'esterno.
We could not solve a problem but not for the shopkeeper who was really good and patient, but for a bureaucratic problem of recognition by the software. So for me and the way he handled it I would say he was good. The problems were due from the outside.
