★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono costretto a dare uno perchè zero non si può. Se vai ad acquistare nuovi prodotti od a fare nuovi contratti telefonici, tutto sembra andare bene. Al contrario se hai problemi apriti cielo. Cominciano con il dire: "chiami il 119" oppure "qui non risolviamo perchè non siamo abilitati". Sempre usando termini che solo uno del campo capisce, o meglio ancora cercando di farti cambiare contratto o tariffa ( logicamente quella più cara ) . Poi quando non riescono e capisci che l'errore è del negozio o della Tim , invece di aiutarti e di rimediare, la risposta è una sola : noi qui non possiamo fare nulla, deve chiamare il 119. Allora mi chiedo a cosa servono tali negozi se non ad aiutare i vari clienti? Mah

Carissimo proprietario o dipendente, visto che lei ha un ricordo completamente contrario da quello che IO ho scritto, vuol dire che lei sa bene chi sono e il motivo per cui mi ero recato da voi. Comunque non si preoccupi perchè non le recherò più alcun disturbo. Ancora "GRAZIE"

They begin by saying: "call 119" or "here we do not solve because we are not enabled". Always using terms that only one in the field understands, or better still trying to get you to change your contract or rate (logically the most expensive one). Then when they fail and you understand that the mistake is from the shop or from Tim, instead of helping you and fixing it, the answer is only one: we can't do anything here, you have to call 119. So I wonder what those shops are for. if not to help the various customers? Mah
