★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che non sono cliente TIM, avevo accompagnato mio padre per una sostituzione di una micro-SIM con una nano-SIM nel punto TIM di Corso del Popolo, e successivamente in quello di via Emanuele Filiberto. In entrambi abbiamo trovato una signora/signorina che ci ha fornito assistenza puntuale ed adeguata. Peraltro, abituato al personale piuttosto numeroso dei punti Vodafone, sono rimasto un po' sorpreso nel riscontrare la presenza di una sola persona in ciascun negozio: siamo stati fortunati, nel primo c'era una sola Cliente davanti a noi, nel secondo nessuno, ma mi chiedo a quali attese si andrebbe incontro se si presentassero contemporaneamente 4-5 Clienti (ciò che è avvenuto nel breve tempo in cui ci siamo soffermati in Corso del Popolo).
Tutti e due i siti, inoltre, mi sono parsi un po' troppo "spartani" per arredamento, prodotti esposti, dépliant di offerte, etc.; insomma, un po' di "immagine" (ed anche di 'sostanza'), in più non guasterebbe!
 Given that I am not a TIM customer, I had accompanied my father for a replacement of a micro-SIM with a nano-SIM in the TIM point of Corso del Popolo, and subsequently in that of via Emanuele Filiberto. In both we found a lady / young lady who provided us with timely and adequate assistance. Moreover, accustomed to the rather large staff of Vodafone points, I was a little surprised to find the presence of only one person in each shop: we were lucky, in the first there was only one customer in front of us, in the second none, but I wonder what expectations would be met if 4-5 Customers showed up at the same time (what happened in the short time we stopped in Corso del Popolo).
Furthermore, both sites seemed to me a bit too "spartan" for furniture, products on display, offer brochures, etc .; in short, a little "image" (and also of "substance"), in addition it wouldn't hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e incompetenza gratuita! Non conoscono le procedure e si rifiutano di chiamare il servizio tim per le verifiche, si rifiutano inoltre di farti chiamare dal loro telefono il 119. Sconsigliatissimi! Andate in centro, dove troverete cortesia, competenza e disponibilità.
Rudeness and free incompetence! They do not know the procedures and refuse to call the tim service for checks, they also refuse to have their phone call 119. Not recommended! Go downtown, where you will find courtesy, competence and availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio TIM qualche giorno fa e la gentilissima addetta ha risolto un problema di portabilità complicato e che non era di sua competenza avendo fatto il passaggio da un altro operatore tramite un consulente a domicilio. Tutto questo all'ora di chiusura dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro! Ringrazio e consiglio a tutti!
I was in this TIM shop a few days ago and the kindly lady has solved a problem of portability complicated and that was not within her competence having made the transition from another operator through a home consultant. All this at closing time after a long day at work! I thank and recommend to everyone!
