★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente mi hanno sistemato l'auto, che aveva 5000 euro di danni a causa di un brutto tamponamento subito. Sono stati molto disponibili, veloci e precisi. Ho riavuto l'auto in perfette condizioni, con tempi record. Non faccio spesso delle recensioni, ma qui è doveroso:se la meritano!!
Recently they fixed my car, which had 5000 euros of damage due to a bad rear-end collision. They were very helpful, fast and accurate. I got the car back in perfect condition, with record times. I don't often do reviews, but here it is a must: they deserve it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi, onestissimi e molto professionali. Avevo ammaccato buona parte del paraurti davanti addosso ad un paletto e pensavo di essere già destinato a cambiare tutto il pezzo. In dieci minuti invece me lo hanno sistemato portandomi di nuovo in fuori la carrozzeria. Consigliatissimo

Carrozzeria convenzionata con la mia assicurazione prima, vista l'auto, mi danno appuntamento dopo 10 gg dal tamponamento subito ("perché non abbiamo un'auto sostitutiva") e quando mi presento per il giorno concordato (dopo mia conferma telefonica) cadono dalle nuvole, non risulta alcun appuntamento (anche se trovano le fotocopie dei miei documenti) e mi rinviano l'appuntamento di un' altra settimana ("perché non abbiamo un'auto sostitutiva"). Lascio comunque la vettura perché deve passare il perito e dopo qualche ora mi chiamano perché me la vada a riprendere. Vengo poi a sapere da altri che non avevano alcuna intenzione di ripararla. Perché non dirlo il primo giorno allora? Perché farmi perdere quasi due settimane? Ognuno a casa sua fa ciò che vuole e io mi sarei cercata sùbito un'altra carrozzeria: comportamento davvero incomprensibile.
They didn't behave very well with me. Body shop affiliated with my insurance before, seeing the car, they give me an appointment 10 days after the rear-end collision immediately ("because we don't have a replacement car") and when I show up for the agreed day (after my telephone confirmation) they fall from the clouds , there is no appointment (even if they find photocopies of my documents) and they postpone the appointment for another week ("because we don't have a replacement car"). However, I leave the car because the expert has to pass and after a few hours they call me to go and get it back. I then learn from others that they had no intention of repairing it. Why not say it on the first day then? Why make me lose almost two weeks? Everyone in his house does what he wants and I would have immediately looked for another body shop: truly incomprehensible behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata sempre a loro da quando li ho conosciuti, sono gentili, disponibili, affidabili. Ho fatto più incidenti e sono sempre riusciti a risolvere al meglio ogni problema e a darmi l'auto sostitutiva. Non cambierei carrozzeria per nessun motivo. Consigliatissima
I have always relied on them since I met them, they are kind, helpful, reliable. I have had more accidents and they have always managed to solve every problem in the best possible way and give me the replacement car. I would not change the bodywork for any reason. Highly recommended
