S	Sally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stata tamponata (auto con 2 mesi di vita ) mi sono rivolta a loro: Hanno sbagliato il colore della verniciatura, il paraurti montato male e a distanza di un anno la scritta del tipo di macchina si sta staccando!!! Contattata la concessionaria mi hanno spiegato che una volta tolta la scritta va sostituita con una originale non riattaccata con il mastice!!! Me ne avevano parlato bene compresa l'assicurazione ma mi sono dovuta ricredere!! Mai più da loro! After being bumped up (car with 2 months of life) I turned to them: They have the wrong color of the paintwork, the bumper is badly mounted and after a year the writing of the type of car is peeling off !!! Contacted the dealership they explained to me that once the writing has been removed it must be replaced with an original one that has not been reattached with putty !!! I had been told about it including insurance but I had to change my mind !! Never again from them!

Mi dicono che avevano sbagliato il prezzo del preventivo specchio da 220 a 450!.la porta era parzialmente ribattuto x mancanza del battilamiera il parafango poteva restare così xche non si vedeva da lontano il danno.protesto e pago subito come mia pessima abitudine.il tutto senza fatturati! La cosa bella è che dopo alcuni giorni mi accorgo che il retrovisore che ho atteso x un mese è di colore diverso,anziché bianco era caffelatte! Non ho preso alcun provvedimento x non rischiare di andare in galera x lesioni a terzi..telefonando x il prezzo dello specchio mi dicono che è x via dell iva. E la fattura dov è silenzio. li .2aani fa porto la macchina con parafango sbattuto ,porta semi sfondata e specchio laterale da sostituire .preventivo scritto speccho220 euro. Dopo un mese e mezzo (!) Ritiro l auto ed in pratica avevano cambiato solo lo specchio. Il parafango non era stato toccato e la porta era stata parzialmente ribattuto,probabilmente con qualche pugno. Conto totale 750 euro per un auto da riportare in altra carrozzeria Absolutely clueless, unprofessional. They tell me that they had the wrong price of the mirror estimate from 220 to 450!. Mi pare più che doveroso segnalarli per la gentilezza e cortesia, ho avuto un'esperienza più che positiva! Aggiorno recensione in quanto si sono dimostrati molto disponibili nel sistemare il problema, con cura e dedizione. They replaced the glass but forgot to make the connections for the distronic. Good but not great. I update the review as they proved to be very helpful in fixing the problem, with care and dedication.
