Ho effettuato diversi acquisti, anche nel periodo natalizio e sono stata sempre trattata con cortesia e disponibilità. Sono stata servita spesso da Emanuela (a volte anche nel punto vendita di Borgomanero) e mi ha sempre illustrato le promozioni in corso e i diversi abbinamenti possibili con i capi. Consiglio! Usually I don't like to write reviews but this shop, located in the wonderful Arona really deserves only nice words. I made several purchases, even during the Christmas period and I was always treated with courtesy and availability. I was often served by Emanuela (sometimes even in the Borgomanero store) and she always showed me the promotions in progress and the different possible combinations with the garments. Advice!

Non hanno un minimo di capacità nell'offrire i prodotti, dare diverse opzioni se un capo non è presente( cosa che capita spesso) insomma la buona e vecchia vendita assistita che un negozio del genere presume di proporre. Se l'azienda prediligesse la capacità di vendita all'età delle commesse come criterio nella selezione del personale ci guadagnerebbe in clienti che di questi tempi oltretutto non è male.... after giving the shop several bargains, I have to confirm that the orders are unable to sell. Rifiniture, materiale e confezione sono pessime. La vendita da parte del personale è stata effettuata frettolosamente e quindi ho potuto riscontrare i difetti solo a casa.La delusione per questo marchio è forte e non consigliero' a nessuno di fare acquisti.
