★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son stata in questo store per un problema collegato ad una mia offerta: ho parlato con uno dei ragazzi (Nico) che è stato molto gentile e disponibile e che mi risolto la problematica in maniera rapida ed efficiente .
Mentre aspettavo ho potuto constatare che l'altra ragazza ha avuto la stessa gentilezza e disponibilità con un altro cliente .
Prima di recarmi nello store avevo provato a risolvere il problema attraverso il call center ; per come ero stata trattata avevo quasi deciso di cambiare gestore .
Quindi grandi complimenti a questi ragazzi che invece sanno bene come bisogna rapportarsi ai clienti.
I was in this store for a problem related to my offer: I spoke to one of the guys (Nico) who was very kind and helpful and who solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
While I was waiting I could see that the other girl had the same kindness and availability with another customer.
Before going to the store I tried to solve the problem through the call center; the way I was treated I almost decided to change manager.
So big compliments to these guys who instead know very well how to relate to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale super gentilissimo, ma soprattutto disponibile e bravissimi nel risolvere delle problematiche. Ti fanno sentire davvero super tranquilli e sereni. Grazie soprattutto a Daria per avermi seguito da subito è stata sempre chiara e si è messa davvero tanto a disposizione.
Consigliassimo, da oggi in poi avrò sempre un punto fisico di riferimento.
Super friendly staff, but above all helpful and very good at solving problems. They really make you feel super calm and peaceful. Thanks especially to Daria for following me right away, she was always clear and made a lot of herself available.
