Attivare l’infinito gold a una signora di 80 anni con un telefono pieghevole NGM che non ha nemmeno internet, bella figura e bella truffa. Già fatto il reclamo a Vodafone e contattato associazione di consumatori.

Sono andata per una disdetta e mi hanno presso 15 € per "consulenza" poi nello scontrino la dicitura era per installazione app ! bugiardi solo per prendere soldi. Non hanno il foglio di reclamo, non hanno sposto un tariffario con i loro prezzi per ogni servizio che prestano... a mio parere lascia molto a desiderare questo negozio. Evitate di andarci. Meglio al grandemilia .
INCOMPETENT! , Especially Fabio. Unfortunately, they don't know how to handle customers and their situations. I went for a cancellation and they paid me 15 € for "advice" then on the receipt the wording was for app installation! liars just to get money. They don't have the complaint sheet, they haven't moved a rate card with their prices for each service they provide ... in my opinion this shop leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid going there. Better to grandemilia.
