Nel recupero dati del telefono, il titolare mi aveva assicurato il salvataggio di documenti e foto, praticamente non mi ha salvato nulla., ho perso tutto . Persone non professionali e non disponibili alle richieste del cliente.
 Bought new Samsung galaxy S21 Plas phone, I was not satisfied with how they treated me. In the phone data recovery, the owner had assured me the saving of documents and photos, practically did not save me anything., I lost everything. Unprofessional people and not available to customer requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella e di incoraggiamento sperando che certa gente non lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, una delle commesse mi ha provato a vendere un offerta che da cliente non potevo ricevere e il ragazzo che credo sia il capo ma non saprei, è semplicemente arrogante e non può avere contatto con il pubblico visto come risponde e fortunatamente sono una persona tranquilla e ho lasciato perdere. Comunque e sconsigliatissimo e purtroppo è un peccato perché gente come questa fa perdere clienti alla Vodafone che invece è una compagnia seria. Speriamo che elementi del genere smettano di lavorare
A star and encouragement hoping that some people do not work in contact with the public, one of the orders tried to sell me an offer that as a customer I could not receive and the guy who I think is the boss but I don't know, is just arrogant and not he can have contact with the public given how he responds and fortunately I am a quiet person and I gave up. However, it is highly discouraged and unfortunately it is a shame because people like this make Vodafone lose customers, which instead is a serious company. Let's hope that such elements stop working

I have Internet installed for 2 weeks, it does not work, no way to get through to them by phone, and they just say that I should call 190. They are seriously pathetic, I will not recommended Vodafone to anyone.
