★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offendere un cliente è una cosa che non si deve fare, mi hanno letteralmente preso a pesci in faccia e addirittura mentito sull'offerta pur di convincermi. a loro interessa solo fare cassa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato truffato da questo negozio, non vi fidate di quello che dicono per nessun motivo. Ho comprato un cellulare Samsung con finanziamento e oltre al costo del cellulare mi è stato addebitato il costo di un'assicurazione casco che non ho richiesto. Inoltre inizialmente mi è stato detto che il costo della scheda per il passaggio era di soli 5€ alla fine ho dovuto pagare 15 euro perchè andava fatta una ricarica da 10€. Non danno le informazioni corrette per truffare il cliente.

Mi hanno chiamato dicendo che la Vodafone stava dismettendo la mia attuale offerta e dovevo OBBLIGATORIAMENTE attivarne un’altra. Ho chiesto alcune spiegazioni e se il costo dell’offerta restasse uguale. Mi hanno confermato che il costo non sarebbe cambiato e che tutti i dettagli dell’offerta mi sarebbero arrivati per email/sms.
Fatto sta che non mi è arrivato nulla!!!!
Ho ricevuto solo un SMS dalla Vodafone che mi diceva che avevano preso in carico la MIA richiesta per la disattivazione del servizio e l’attivazione dì una nuova offerta MOLTO più costosa.
Ho chiamato subito il servizio clienti UFFICIALE della Vodafone che mi ha confermato che era unaTRUFFA e che avrebbero segnalato questo negozio.
Il servizio clienti mi ha rimborsato i soldi e riattivato la vecchia offerta ma purtroppo questa disattivazione momentanea mi ha fatto perdere un’opzione che avevo non più riattivabile.
DAVVERO TRUFFATORI DI ALTO LIVELLO.
Ps. A fine chiamata mi hanno anche chiesto dì mettere voto 10 alla valutazione del loro supporto… si commenta da solo …

I was scammed by this shop!
They called me saying that Vodafone was discontinuing my current offer and I MANDATORY had to activate another one. I asked for some explanations and if the cost of the offer remained the same. They confirmed that the cost would not change and that all the details of the offer would be sent to me by email / text message.
The fact is that nothing came to me !!!!
I only received an SMS from Vodafone telling me that they had taken charge of MY request for the deactivation of the service and the activation of a new MUCH more expensive offer.
I immediately called OFFICIAL Vodafone customer service who confirmed that it was a SCAM and that they would report this shop.
Customer service refunded my money and reactivated the old offer but unfortunately this temporary deactivation made me lose an option that I had no longer reactivated.
REALLY HIGH-LEVEL SCAMS.
Ps. At the end of the call they also asked me to vote 10 on the evaluation of their support ... it speaks for itself ...
