Il comesso mi comunica Che c ' e' una spesa a di 69 euro per problema ELETTRICO. Gli chiedo ripetutamente, nello specifico Quale fosse il problema e Lui per tutta risposta: ma sa signora Cosa vuole Che le spieghi.......non se ne intende neanche!!!! A questo punto molto seccata prendo il mio cell e me ne Vado. Un commesso insolente e spocchioso,!!!!! (Alessandro) Lui Cosa ne sa di chi ha di fronte? Potrebbe trattarsi di un ing. In Informatica. Prima di atteggiarsi a detentore del sapere universale, sarebbe meglio facesse un bagno di umilta'! E a dimostrazione delle mie rimostranze, e' sufficiente ANDARE a leggere la recessione(ovviamente positiva)dal medesimo pubblicata. Da una societa' importante quale e' la TIM, ci si aspetterebbe un interlocutore piu' rispetttoso nei confronti del cliente.il GUASTO l ho risolto in un altro centro TIM , constatando Che iNON ERA AFFATTO UN PROBLEMA ELETTRICO E AD UN COSTO MOLTO INFERIORE. CHIEDETE SEMPRE UN SECONDO PARERE . I went to this Tim center for a telephone failure (it didn't turn on anymore) I was told that just to know what the problem was there was a cost of 10 euros (????) to be deducted from the total of the eventual repair. The salesman informs me that there is an expense of 69 euros for an ELECTRIC problem. I ask him repeatedly, specifically What was the problem and He in response: but you know lady What do you want me to explain ....... you don't even know about it !!!! At this very annoyed point I take my cell and go away. An insolent and snooty salesman, !!!!! (Alexander) He What do you know about those in front of you? It could be an ing. In Computer Science. Before posing as the holder of universal knowledge, it would be better to take a bath of humility! And to demonstrate my grievances, it is enough to GO to read the recession (obviously positive) published by the same. From an important company such as TIM, we would expect a more respectful interlocutor towards the customer.I resolved the FAULT in another TIM center, noting that AN ELECTRIC PROBLEM WAS NOT AFFECTED AND AT A VERY LOWER COST. ALWAYS ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION.
L	Laura De Benedittis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto positivamente questo centro TIM per il personale serio e professionale che mettendoci impegno e tenacia hanno risolto un problema dove ci stavo dietro da quasi 3 mesi. L'unico centro TIM tra tanti che ho girato in Modena e provincia che ha risolto questo grattacapo. Lo consiglio vivamente. I rate this TIM center positively for the serious and professional staff who, by putting effort and tenacity into it, have solved a problem that I had been following for almost 3 months. The only TIM center among many that I have shot in Modena and its province that has solved this problem. I highly recommend it.
d	dieci porcini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi centri Tim storici, non gestiti da ragazzini apprendisti da zero esperienza.... anzi, molta competenza e attenzione soprattutto alle fregature che oggi capitano ai disattenti o inesperti. Ho fatto aggiustare il mio telefono e in 3 giorni lavorativi era pronto, prezzi congrui al difetto (display). Problemi nella fatturazione Tim a casa, risolti grazie all'addetto che si è prodigato a mandare mail e fax per aiutarmi (ed ho ottenuto un rimborso insperato). Consigliato One of the few historic Tim centers, not managed by young apprentices with zero experience .... indeed, a lot of competence and attention especially to the scams that today happen to the inattentive or inexperienced. I had my phone fixed and in 3 working days it was ready, prices fair to the defect (display). Tim billing problems at home, solved thanks to the employee who went out of his way to send mail and faxes to help me (and I got an unexpected refund). Recommended
