Hanno molta pazienza e cercano di risolvere in modo professionale errori magari non creati da loro.. Mi è capitato di assistere ad un problema e la ragazza in turno ha svolto il suo lavoro il modo molto professionale. . Complimenti per la pazienza... consiglio vivamente questo negozio. ..
 I see negative reviews ... but I would say that the professionalism of these girls is to be admired ... They are kind even with difficult customers ... They have a lot of patience and try to professionally solve errors perhaps not created by them .. It happened to me to witness a problem and the girl on duty did her job the very professional way. . Congratulations on your patience ... I highly recommend this shop. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio , personale indisponente ogni domanda che facevo la risposta era chiami il 155 ...ma se non avete voglia di lavorare state a casa e metteteci personale più cordiale e preparato . Per una disattivazione di una sim mi hanno detto di chiamare il 155 peccato che la sim e’ ricaricabile quindi basta non ricaricare più e non usarla !!! Incompetenza al massimo !!! Peccato non si riesca a dare zero stelle !!!
Bad service, annoying staff every question I asked the answer was call 155 ... but if you don't want to work stay at home and put more friendly and prepared staff. For a deactivation of a sim they told me to call 155, it is a pity that the sim is rechargeable so just don't recharge and don't use it !!! Incompetence to the max !!! Too bad you can't give zero stars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è ottimo, il personale preparato ed assolutamente cordiale ed il negozio é serio. Unica pecca e non da poco, sono le file esagerate. Tutti sappiamo che a stipulare un contratto o apportare modifiche è necessario tempo, ma inserire una sola persona anche nei Week end al servizio del cliente è assurdo.
Il servizio è ottimo non lo nego, ma davvero peccato ci sia così poco personale, ad eccezione di alcune fasce orarie.
The service is excellent, the staff trained and absolutely friendly and the shop is serious. The only flaw and not least, are the exaggerated rows. We all know that it takes time to enter into a contract or make changes, but it is absurd to insert a single person even on weekends to serve the customer.
The service is excellent, I don't deny it, but it's really a shame there is so little staff, with the exception of some time slots.

One of the worst experiences in my life. It took 3 different trips to this store to actually get a phone and apparently they only sell broken phones.
Terrible service and terrible staff. They should all be fired.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE!
