Messa una protezione di vetro ad un note 9,consigliato dalla commessa,la quale sotto mia domanda chiedevo,non e' che viene via visto che il telefono e' già scheggiato e che non uso cover..La risp: e" ottima e non verra via anche perché con 15 euro ti do quella curva giusta per il tuo telefono e che non si staccherà più. Dopo nemmeno una settimana la protezione viene via. Sono andato per capire il perché di cio' ,non hanno voluto saperne nulla,dicendo che non era in garanzia e che la proprietaria non voleva farmi il buono per la spesa fatta,parliamo solo di 15 euro... dopo un ora che tentavo di recuperare parte dei soldi buttati, sono andato via. dicevano di aspettare la proprietaria,e di ripassare,la quale al telefono non ne voleva sapere niente ne del rimborso ne della sostituzione,anzi dovevo aggiungere dei soldi per ricomprare qualcosa...Pessimo servizio e poca trasparenza. Avevo già avevo avuto problemi alcuni anni fa per farmi riconoscere una lavoro in garanzia, che non mi avevano riconosciuto, rimandami con scuse varie fino alla scadenza della garanzia, . Mi hanno proposto una batteria originale a 20 E ed una compatibile a 15,99 Euro. Ho acquistato la compatibile presa da una confezione che hanno trattenuto, e dopo 2 settimane si scarica velocemente come quella che ho sostituito, tre mesi prima della sostituzione. Non posso non pensare che fosse usata. Non so come commentare le persone che dicono che sono cortesi ed educati!! Molti dubbi! Da evitare e video filmare, così non potranno negare i fatti.. Hi, I bought a battery for a Samsung S5 from them, because another service center was closed. I had broken mine whilst on holiday in Modena and desperately needed it fixed. The prices are clear and very fair. My phone was fixed within an hour. I would highly recommend DL New Tech. They also sell a range of accessories and cables. Wish I had this level of service at home in London.
