F	Fabio Malagoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io di solito non mi servo in questo negozio. Le capsule le prende una mia collega in provincia di Bologna. E' la seconda volta che resto senza e che mi reco qui. Bel negozio e il ragazzo che mi ha servito sempre cordiale e competente. Due giorni fa ripassato a prendere due confezioni (mica venti) di CUBA perchè il nostro fornitore abituale passa in ufficio e ci ritira tutte quelle fornite in quanto facenti parte di lotto difettoso. Stamattina apro queste due e purtroppo si riverifica lo stesso problema. Le capsule sono "sgonfie" e il caffè che ne esce è di qualità imbevibile. Chiamo ora il negozio di Modena per fare presente la cosa e mi dice di non essere a conoscenza di nulla e che una volta aperte .... mi devo attaccare al tram. Premesso che forse queste saranno le regole non discuto pero' non è di sicuro il modo per fidelizzare un papabile nuovo cliente. Peraltro io avevo chiamato piu' che altro per informarlo dei problemi di qualità e non per recriminare su 9 euro di caffè .... Molto deluso per l'accaduto. Basta vedere le capsule per notare il difetto. Credo che un negoziante debba provare almeno a rivalersi sul produttore quando il difetto è palese... poi potrà anche dirmi ... non me l'hanno accettato ... ma cosi non va proprio bene... saluti. Evitereste inutili viaggi dei vostri clienti che magari non abitano proprio vicino! Trovo sia una GRANDE mancanza di rispetto. Io non tornerò! Prodotti di alto livello sia per le capsule di caffè dia per le macchine del caffè sia per gli accessori ma soprattutto per il servizio che ti offrono anche nel post vendita. È tantissimo tempo che mi servo da loro e tutte le persone a cui l'ho fatto conoscere sono sempre rimaste estremamente soddisfatte Assolutamente consigliato Local located on the Via Emilia east of Modena near the center.
