H	Hexan Poel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata offerta la prova di questo caffè, con la promo di pagare solamente le spedizioni. Poco tempo dopo, è arrivata una mail, chiedendo la mia opinione. Quest'ultima è stata critica e quindi non ha ricevuto nessuna risposta. La verità è che questo caffè è terribile, una delle cose più disgustose che abbia mai provato (ed ho preso pure capsule delle qualità più scadenti, ma questo ha battuto tutte in peggio). Le recensioni a 5 stelle sono sicuramente orchestrate, perché nessuno darebbe mai un voto del genere. Il "packaging" è assolutamente comune, non ha niente di speciale o di particolare, le capsule sono fatte con un qualche materiale che suppongo sia biodegradabile, il quale conferisce un sapore di carta bagnata a quello che poi si beve, oltre a far sì che pezzi di capsula si stacchino e rimangano incastrati dentro la macchina, rischiando di danneggiarla. Morale: avevo ricevuto 4 astucci, due mi sono sforzato a finirli, mentre gli altri due sono ancora là...ed io sono una persona che beve in media 4-5 caffè al giorno. Messaggio all'azienda: A chiedere le recensioni positive non ci guadagnate nulla. Invece di costruirvi un bell'aspetto con quelle, pensate a migliorare il prodotto e non avrete bisogno di questi trucchetti. I was offered the proof of this coffee, with the promo of only paying for shipments. A short time later, an email arrived, asking for my opinion. The latter was critical and therefore received no response. The truth is that this coffee is terrible, one of the most disgusting things I have ever tried (and I also took the poorest quality capsules, but this one beat them all for the worse). The 5-star reviews are definitely orchestrated, because no one would ever give such a rating. The "packaging" is absolutely common, it has nothing special or particular, the capsules are made with some material that I suppose is biodegradable, which gives a taste of wet paper to what you drink, as well as ensuring that capsule pieces come off and get stuck inside the machine, risking damaging it. Moral: I had received 4 cases, two I tried to finish them, while the other two are still there ... and I am a person who drinks an average of 4-5 coffees a day. Message to the company: Asking for positive reviews, you don't gain anything. Instead of building a good look with those, think about improving the product and you won't need these tricks.
