Unica pecca, ho chiesto una tagliata più cruda che cotta, ma magari sono abituati a persone che mangiano senza sangue nel piatto e quindi è arrivata troppo cotta per il mio gusto del crudo.
Ciò non toglie che la carne è ottima ed il servizio eccellente!!

The only flaw, I asked for a more raw cut than cooked, but maybe they are used to people who eat without blood on their plate and therefore it came too cooked for my taste of raw.
The fact remains that the meat is excellent and the service excellent !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già stato due volte e per 2 volte non ha deluso, anzi. Posto elegante nonostante l’adiacenza con il banco gastronomia, cibo ottimo e carne eccellente. Da provare i vari battuti di carne accompagnati da salse molto invitanti. Solo un errore di salatura di un piatto prontamente rimediata con tanto di scuse dello chef. La media dei voti rispecchia totalmente l’eccellenza del locale.
