Oltre a essere davvero preparata e professionale, la proprietaria è cordiale e affabile, capace di ascoltare ed effettuare le richieste del cliente, doti che oggi molto spesso si danno per scontate, ma che, per mia esperienza personale, non sono davvero comuni. Il negozio al suo interno è poi molto bello e suggestivo.
Felice di aver trovato – dopo una difficile e scoraggiante ricerca – il negozio di fiori che fa per me, mi sento di consigliarlo davvero a chiunque.
I had the laurel wreath made here for my master's degree following the advice of a friend and I was really delighted: the crown is beautiful and it is just as I had dreamed of it.
In addition to being really prepared and professional, the owner is friendly and affable, able to listen and carry out the customer's requests, qualities that today are very often taken for granted, but which, in my personal experience, are not really common. The shop inside is very beautiful and evocative.
Happy to have found - after a difficult and daunting search - the flower shop that's right for me, I can really recommend it to anyone.
