★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella iniziativa insieme ad alcuni giocatori di Modena volley per degustare un ottimo caffè e deliziosi biscotti al caffè. Bella anche la possibilità di visionare il processo produttivo e di vedere il museo delle macchine da caffè.
Nice initiative together with some Modena volleyball players to taste an excellent coffee and delicious coffee biscuits. Also nice is the possibility to view the production process and to see the museum of coffee machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si dice eccellente, si parla di Caffè Cagliari, da qualche anno me lo preparo con la moka, prezzo medio alto ma qualità superiore alle grandi marche iper pubblicizzate. Nei bar se leggo scritto che usano il Cagliari vado a prendere il caffè molto volentieri. Da aggiungere alle altre eccellenze modenesi, complimenti!
When we say excellent, we talk about Caffè Cagliari, for some years I have been preparing it with mocha, a medium-high price but a higher quality than the great advertised brands. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver in altre occasioni visitato l'interessantissimo museo delle macchine da caffè ed in seguito partecipato ad un workshop di assaggio del caffè con approfondite spiegazioni sulle caratteristiche, oggi abbiamo avuto l'occasione di visitare gli impianti produttivi con le competenti e dettagliate spiegazioni del sig. Aldo Vannini, uno dei responsabili.
Il percorso di visita è stato molto interessante anche per me, che pure avevo avuto una precedente, remota esperienza nel settore.
Sicuramente si è notata la cura dei particolari, la pulizia e l'ordine dello stabilimento, la passione verso il prodotto.

After having visited the very interesting museum of coffee machines on other occasions and later participated in a coffee tasting workshop with in-depth explanations on the characteristics, today we had the opportunity to visit the production plants with the competent and detailed explanations of Mr. . Aldo Vannini, one of the managers.
The visit was also very interesting for me, who also had previous, remote experience in the sector.
The attention to detail, the cleanliness and order of the establishment, the passion for the product have certainly been noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino il caffè on line ed è veramente buono, sia per espresso che per moka. Anche le cialde sono molto buone. Le capsule aromatizzate non mi fanno impazzire, ma questione di gusti.
I order the coffee online and it is really good, both for espresso and mocha. The waffles are also very good. The flavored capsules don't drive me crazy, but a matter of taste.
