Dopo un primo contatto telefonico, invio un email con le foto alla quale non ho mai avuto risposa.
Li richiamo e mentre siamo al telefono invio nuovamente l'email con le foto concordando che il collega specializzato in infissi mi avrebbe chiamato.
Qualche giorno dopo mi richiama la persona incaricata per avere maggiori informazioni e concordiamo che sarebbe passato per visionare il tutto e decidere il da farsi. A distanza di 9 giorni, tutto tace, spariti nuovamente, non rispondono nemmeno al telefono.
Ribadisco, da evitare. Probabilmente hanno interesse solo a fare i mobili il resto no.
To be avoided. Having to repair some wooden frames, I called them to find out if they were willing to do it.
After a first telephone contact, I send an email with the photos to which I have never had a reply.
I call them back and while we are on the phone I send the email again with the photos, agreeing that the colleague specialized in fixtures would call me.
A few days later the person in charge calls me back to get more information and we agree that he would come by to view everything and decide what to do. After 9 days, everything is silent, disappeared again, they do not even answer the phone.
I repeat, to be avoided. Probably they are only interested in making the furniture the rest are not.
