★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesto un preventivo per due mobili da bagno. Sembrava che dovesse arrivare nel giro di due giorni, ma dopo 4 settimane sono ancora in attesa. Nessuna risposta alle mail o al telefono. Forse un lavoro di poco conto, bisognerebbe essere più trasparenti e fornire riscontri.
Request a quote for two bathroom furniture. It looked like it was due to arrive in two days, but after 4 weeks they are still waiting. No response to mail or phone. Perhaps a small job, we should be more transparent and provide feedback.

Siamo andati in presenza per chiedere la realizzazione di una libreria, sembrava tutto ok sono stati disponibili e cordiale. Eravamo stati avvisati che non erano veloci anche nel fare il preventivo, ma 5 settimane sono troppe. Avevo chiesto dopo due settimane ma mi era stato detto che avrebbero mandato al più presto. Poi dopo più di 5 sett non credo ci sia ancora nulla da sollecitare. Non so, è strano, non davano questa impressione, forse era un lavoro di poco conto per loro, però bastava essere chiari non perdevo tempo ad aspettare.Poco rispetto e serietà.
Evidently something must have happened to the company, I convinced myself to turn to them given the positive reviews, except for one that unfortunately replicates practically the same treatment I received. We went in attendance to ask for the construction of a library, everything seemed ok they were helpful and friendly. We were warned that they weren't quick to quote too, but 5 weeks is too long. I had asked after two weeks but was told they would send asap. Then after more than 5 weeks I do not think there is still anything to be solicited. I don't know, it's strange, they didn't give this impression, maybe it was a small job for them, but it was enough to be clear I didn't waste time waiting. Little respect and seriousness.
