Quindi telefono 2 volte per parlare con chi si occupava del preventivo, mi rispondono che la signora è a Bologna e di richiamare....professionalità

I asked for a quote for shower glass by email and I never received an answer, so I go in person to request a quote, they tell me we will send you an email and again no answer.
So I phone 2 times to talk to those who took care of the quote, they tell me that the lady is in Bologna and to call back .... professionalism
