★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza bellissima una showroom Ben allestita una mega mostra di ceramica di qualsiasi tipo arredo bagno di qualsiasi tipo e tanto tanto altro gente molto professionale molto gentile, precisa in tutto. Io un posto migliore non l'ho trovato, lo consiglio a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miselli... Miselli è come un piatto di tortellini dopo 6 mesi di cucina filippina!
Dopo aver visitato 4 show room di ceramiche e 2 "superstore"...
... la differenza nella patria delle ceramiche la fanno ancora una volta le persone. Comprare da loro significa essere seguiti dalla scelta delle piastrelle (o del bagno) a quando ti consegnano le chiavi di casa... e anche dopo. Siamo stati seguiti dall'inizio... quando con tanta pazienza ci ha fatto vedere il mondo completo della piastrella (dalla più economica alla più lussuosa alla più tecnologica) a quando abbiamo definito la maniglia del rubinetto (e credetemi... di tempo ne ha perso un bel po'). Prezzo... Vista la scelta di ceramiche e bagni merita una visita!

After visiting 4 ceramic showrooms and 2 "superstores" ...
... the difference in the home of ceramics is once again made by people. Buying from them means being followed by the choice of tiles (or the bathroom) to when they give you the house keys ... and even after. We were followed from the beginning ... when with a lot of patience he showed us the complete world of the tile (from the cheapest to the most luxurious to the most technological) to when we defined the faucet handle (and believe me ... lost quite a bit). Price ... Given the choice of ceramics and bathrooms it is worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un post vendita inesistente ... dopo infinite ed insistenti richieste di assistenza per un pavimento costoso che ha evidenziato macchie a pochi mesi dall'acquisto, finalmente ricevo il mese scorso una risposta a distanza di 2 anni dal mio primo reclamo ... ma in concreto sono ancora in attesa di ricevere un loro prodotto che dovrebbe essere efficace alla rimozione delle macchie, la scorsa settimana nuovamente sollecito ma il nulla assoluto neanche una risposta... quanto ancora dovrei attendere???
A non-existent after-sales service ... after endless and insistent requests for assistance for an expensive floor that showed stains a few months after the purchase, I finally received a reply 2 months after my first complaint last month ... but in concrete I am still waiting to receive their product that should be effective at removing stains, last week again prompt but the absolute nothing even an answer ... how much longer should I wait ???

Già in fase di acquisto fummo colpiti molto positivamente da chi ci aveva seguiti nella scelta dei materiali necessari per la ristrutturazione del nostri bagni, ed oggi, dopo sette anni, tale disponibilità e gentilezza è più che mai confermata: si sono fatti in quattro per la sostituzione presso il produttore originario di un pezzo leggermente difettoso.
Competenti e gentili. Vale la pena fare qualche chilometro in più per acquistare dal loro showroom.

Already during the purchase phase, we were very positively impressed by those who had followed us in the choice of the materials necessary for the renovation of our bathrooms, and today, after seven years, this availability and kindness is more than ever confirmed: they went out of their way for the replacement of a slightly defective part at the original manufacturer.
Competent and kind. It is worth walking a few extra kilometers to shop from their showroom.
