★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wall tiles in matte white (bought from Fliesen Hüning) are very sensitive. They had at least 8 scratches and dents before we even started using the bathroom and guest toilet and the tiler warned us not to use any glass tooth mugs, etc. It's not possible to replace one damaged tile because the edges of the adjacent tiles disintegrate. When I contacted Maranello Ceramiche and asked for the technical specifications, they said the tiles weren't from them (but see photo). 26.01.19 Yesterday I noticed that the tiles now have large cracks. The supplier, Fliesen Hüning in Mülheim, Germany, says that you are the manufacturer, despite your claim to the contrary. I also have the floor tiles Cotto Petrus Aspen in Grigio Natural shown in your catalogue. Since I tried to clean dirt off one with a normal cloth, the clay colour under the surface is visible.
