★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio in pieno centro di Modena. Sempre in stile Nespresso. Molto accurato e il servizio e di tale spessore. Devo dire la mia esperienza con il caffè Nespresso, io lo prendo ancora prima che si vendeva in Italia( anche se italiano, e questo e strano ?).
Caffè che veramente crea dipendenza assaggiato una volta tutto il resto sembra acqua sporca. Prezzi sono alti ma parliamo del Ferrari del caffè! Sono contento che c’è anche a modena . Certamente si vende anche online. Spero di essere stato utile con questa recensione
 Shop in the center of Modena. Always in Nespresso style. Very accurate and the service and of such thickness. I must say my experience with Nespresso coffee, I take it even before it was sold in Italy (even if Italian, and this is strange ?).
Truly addictive coffee tasted once everything else looks like dirty water. Prices are high but let's talk about the Ferrari of coffee! I am happy that there is also in Modena. Certainly it also sells online. I hope I was helpful with this review

Il Personale è gentile e preparato ma troppo prolisso nel proporre i nuovi prodotti ..
Sono arrivato al punto di servirmi presso altri negozi quando sono in trasferta per lavoro , piuttosto che andare nel negozio di Modena ..
Fate qualcosa per velocizzare perché rispetto ad altri posti in Italia siete lentissimi ..

The staff is kind and prepared but too verbose in proposing new products ..
I have come to the point of serving myself at other stores when I am away for work, rather than going to the Modena store.
Do something to speed up because compared to other places in Italy you are very slow ..

Very arrogant saleswoman and with zero desire to help you. I went out without buying anything and will NEVER go back. Nespresso is a great brand but it needs to invest more in employees.
