Il negozio dovrebbe chiudere alle 20 come da orario esposto, ma ieri hanno deciso di chiudere alle 19.30 senza nemmeno esporre un avviso... ma quello che più mi ha infastidito è che già alle 19.20 due commesse davvero scortesi non lasciavano entrare nessuno dicendo che erano chiusi... gli abbiamo chiesto cortesemente di entrare per prendere un capo che già avevamo visto e provato e dovevamo solo pagare (tempo stimato 1 minuto) e ci hanno detto di no sbuffando, quando abbiamo chiesto a che ora chiudevano ci hanno risposto che avrebbero chiuso alle 19.30 e quando gli abbiamo fatto notare che erano solo le 19.20 ci hanno detto "appunto siamo chiusi!" allontanandoci malamente. Vista la concorrenza di questi tempi penso che in un negozio del genere il personale faccia la differenza! Inutile dire che abbiamo rimediato andando da Zara... giusto di fronte... dove ovviamente accolgono a braccia aperte chi vuole comprare!
They are appalled ... really rude staff! The shop should close at 8pm as shown, but yesterday they decided to close at 7.30pm without even giving a warning ... but the one that bothered me most is that already at 7.20pm two really rude orders didn't let anyone in come in saying that they were closed ... we politely asked him to come in to get a garment we had already seen and tried and we only had to pay (estimated time 1 minute) and they said no snorting, when we asked what time they closed they answered that they would closed at 7.30pm and when we pointed out to them that it was only 7.20pm they said "we are closed!" walking away badly. Given the competition these days, I think that in a store like this the staff makes the difference! Needless to say, we have remedied by going to Zara ... right in front ... where they obviously welcome those who want to buy with open arms!

Bravi!!!
I often come from Sisley, to buy informal clothing for leisure and work and I have always been satisfied both with regards to the quality / price ratio, and for the extreme kindness and professionalism of the boys, always available at every request and - what very rare! - very good at capturing the inclination of our customers and adapting their attitude, communicative register and outfit proposals accordingly. Well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io mi definisco una cliente un po' borsa e essendo andata per 2 volte in negozio per la stessa giacca ,addirittura confrontandola alla luce esterna se il bianco fosse identico ai fiori del mio vestito , ho trovato 2 commesse veramente carine e cordiali .Quella della della mattina e pure quella del primo pomeriggio .Grazie
