M	Maria Chiara Floris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno,la mia esperienza in questo negozio non è stata positiva.Entro con una mia amica per acquistare, trovo due commesse che chiacchierano allegramente tra loro guardando un telefonino .Aspettiamo educatamente che ci vedano ma l’indifferenza la fa da padrona.Probabilmente è stato uno spiacevole caso e solitamente evito di recensire ma volevo fare presente questo soprattutto come consiglio perché avendo un’attività non avrei mai permesso alle mie dipendenti ma soprattutto a me un simile comportamento.L’accoglienza fa 90 ed ogni cliente merita la giusta attenzione. Pensavo che la GARANZIA che mi è stata data copriva danni ma invece NO!! La commessa non sapeva dirmi cosa , a questo punto , copriva la garanzia.... mi è stato detto che le scarpe sono state usate in modo scorretto..! Modo scorretto quale..? Metterle su uno scafale e guardarle? Per quanto costano dovrebbero durare di più o almeno avere una garanzia di qualità decente... UNA DELUSIONE Se avete scattato le foto delle scarpe come sono ridotte dopo 4 mesi publicate le...così vi fate una bella pubblicità.... Quando sono venuta a ritirare le scarpe perché non mi avete detto cosa ha risposto casa madre ...?... A very unpleasant experience ... I am disappointed with the purchase ...
