Prima volta che sono entrata era una domenica di primo pomeriggio, la prima cosa che noto è una tipa con i capelli rossi (penso la responsabile o vice) che non si è degnata né di salutare né di avere accoglienza nei confronto del cliente! Addirittura si era accomodata su di uno sgabello (dove il cliente dovrebbe provare le scarpe) perdendo tempo a parlare e ridere con un tipo (non credo cliente). Sinceramente sono andata via senza aver acquistato nulla! Ieri pomeriggio passata un'altra volta stesso risultato, nessun tipo di accoglienza tranne che da parte di una dipendente molto carina e gentile, ancora ricordo il nome (Anna) forse l'unica tra le altre. Do tre stelle solo per la gentile dipendente. Ma non per il resto! Altro consiglio spassionato c'è gente che vorrebbe lavorare, magari date opportunità a chi ha volontà e voglia. Passed for the second time hoping for an adequate service in the customer confrontation. The first time I entered it was a Sunday in the early afternoon, the first thing I notice is a girl with red hair (I think the manager or deputy) who did not deign to greet or be welcomed by the customer! She even sat on a stool (where the customer should try on the shoes) wasting time talking and laughing with a guy (I don't think a customer). Honestly, I left without buying anything! Yesterday afternoon passed the same result again, no kind of welcome except from a very nice and kind employee, I still remember the name (Anna) perhaps the only one among the others. I give three stars only for the kind employee. But not for the rest! Another dispassionate advice is that there are people who would like to work, maybe give opportunities to those who have will and desire.

Esperienza estenuante insoddisfacente per il personale. Little and slow staff I waited half an hour to be served and left because I didn't want to spend the day in the shop. Unsatisfying grueling experience for staff.
