★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio dell'usato molto grande. All'interno è possibile trovare di tutto (arredamento, abbigliamento, libri, oggetti per la casa) anche se tutto è disposto in maniera caotica e confusionaria. Lo spazio per muoversi è davvero poco e le cose non sono sempre in buone condizioni. Sicuramente è possbile trovare buoni pezzi ma bisogna stare ore a cercare.
 Very large thrift shop. Inside you can find everything (furniture, clothing, books, household items) even if everything is arranged in a chaotic and confusing way. The space to move is very little and things are not always in good condition. Certainly it is possbile to find good pieces but you have to spend hours looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stata in questo posto. Ho visto una yankee candle (giara piccola) prezzatta a più di 9euro. Ho chiesto alla signora che stava al vestiario il prezzo scontato perché era esposta dal mese di gennaio e mi è stato detto che la riduzione era tra il 20 e il 30%. Non avendo ricevuto una risposta soddisfacente ho chiesto maggiori info all'addetto alla cassa che ha monetizzare lo sconto in 2,70 euro (20%). Essendo un'appassionata di questo tipo di candele ho lasciato perdere: in negozio il prezzo è addirittura inferiore. Appena mi sono allontanata ho sentito le due signore che dicevano che "ci provano sempre" e "cosa non capiscono dell'italiano". A questo punto mi sento in dovere di precisare che io sicuramente non comprendo l'italiano ma loro l'educazione non sanno proprio cosa sia dal momento che chiedere è lecitoe rispondere è cortesia.
Avendo già letto altre risposte del proprietario ai commenti sul prezzo che "lo fanno i clienti" e "non siete obbligati ad acquistare" mi soffermo solo nel dire che, tempo fa, c'era in vendita uno skate a 99 euro e su amazon, lo stesso nuovo a 89....
Esperienza decisamente negativa.
I went to this place today. I saw a yankee candle (small jar) priced at more than 9 euros. I asked the lady who was attending the discounted price because it had been on display since January and I was told that the reduction was between 20 and 30%. Not having received a satisfactory answer, I asked the cashier for more info who monetized the discount in € 2.70 (20%). Being a fan of this type of candles I gave up: in the shop the price is even lower. As soon as I left I heard the two ladies saying that "they always try" and "what they don't understand about Italian". At this point I feel compelled to point out that I certainly do not understand Italian but their education does not really know what it is since asking is lawful and answering is courtesy.
Having already read other responses of the owner to comments on the price that "customers do" and "you are not obliged to buy", I just stop to say that, some time ago, there was a skate for sale at 99 euros and on amazon, the same again at 89 ....
Definitely bad experience.

La roba è ben tenuta ed è disposta con ordine poi la ragazza che mi ha dato gli oggetti Thun è di una simpatia unica.
Per la quinta stellina aspetto di andarci un giorno in cui disporrò di più tempo.

Purchased in a hurry and judgment of only four stars because I know little about them.
The stuff is well kept and arranged in an orderly fashion, then the girl who gave me the Thun objects has a unique sympathy.
For the fifth star I look forward to going there one day when I have more time.

Sono il ragazzo che accompagnava Rosalia, che ha chiesto il prezzo della candela.
Cercare di "spuntare il prezzo migliore", come avete scritto a Rosalia, in questo caso significava semplicemente capire se si poteva acquistare l'articolo ad un prezzo inferiore la nuovo, ed essendo dentro ad un negozio dell' usato credo sia abbastanza normale.
Non mi risulta che abbiamo cercato di contrattare o preteso uno sconto maggiore di quello che ci avete detto, abbiamo chiesto due volte la scontistica perché la prima risposta é stata "dal 20 al 30%", mentre la seconda commessa ci ha detto esattamente che lo sconto era del 30%. Col dato preciso abbiamo potuto capire se valeva la pena o no acquistare il prodotto.
Detto questo siete liberissimi voi, o chi vi da la merce, di applicare i prezzi che ritenete adeguati, ma non sorprendervi se la gente chiede due volte il prezzo di un articolo che nel negozio del nuovo costa meno. E magari aspettate che il cliente si allontani qualche metro in più prima di sparlare di lui.

Trying to "get the best price", as you wrote to Rosalia, in this case simply meant understanding if you could buy the item at a lower price than the new one, and being inside a second-hand shop I think it is quite normal.
I am not aware that we have tried to negotiate or demand a greater discount than what you told us, we asked twice for the discounts because the first answer was "from 20 to 30%", while the second order told us exactly that discount was 30%. With the precise data we were able to understand if it was worth buying the product or not.
That said, you, or whoever gives you the goods, are free to apply the prices you think are appropriate, but don't be surprised if people ask twice the price of an item that costs less in the new shop. And maybe wait for the customer to walk away a few more meters before gossiping about him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta più volte per vedere se una delle cornici che mi interessano fosse scesa di prezzo ma ancora costa quasi 15€ ed è lì da ottobre 2021..passerò nuovamente e mi auguro che il prezzo sia stato modificato a calare visto che il regolamento dice che dopo 60 giorni la merce viene scontata. Per il resto anche se c'è tantissima roba e si rischia di rompere tutto se non si sta attentissimi, penso che qualche affare si possa fare soprattutto perché ha tantissimi libri.
I came several times to see if one of the frames that interest me had dropped in price but it still costs almost € 15 and is there since October 2021..I will pass again and I hope that the price has been changed to drop since the regulation says that after 60 days the goods are discounted. For the rest, even if there is a lot of stuff and you risk breaking everything if you are not very careful, I think that some business can be done especially because it has so many books.
