G	Giorgia Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa Ho acquistato un paio di stivaletti il 22 dicembre, la sera stessa ho provato le scarpe all'interno di casa e uno dei due stivaletti mi è sembrato più largo dell'altro, non ho quindi indossato le scarpe per uscire (puntualizzo che non ho neanche sceso le scale). Il 27 dicembre (primo giorno in cui mi è stato possibile) sono tornata in negozio chiedendo se era possibile provare ed eventualmente cambiare le scarpe, pensando che il paio da me acquistato fosse quello di prova (motivo per cui uno dei due stivali risultava più largo), al che la commessa mi ha chiesto se io avessi indossato le scarpe all'aperto e alla mia risposta negativa, mi ha dato un altro paio per la prova. Poco dopo è intervenuta una collega che ha esordito affermando di essere sicura che quegli stivali fossero stati utilizzati all'aperto perché il tacco risultava usurato e che loro se ne "accorgono", facendomi quindi passare per bugiarda davanti agli altri clienti presenti in negozio. Avendo indossato gli stivali per pochi minuti in camera mia e riflettendo sulla convinta osservazione della commessa, ne ho dedotto che forse le scarpe da me acquistate non fossero proprio nuove. Alla fine mortificata ho preso gli stivali precedentemente acquistati e me ne sono andata. Sulla base delle mia esperienza non consiglio questo negozio, non tanto per la qualità degli articoli, ma per il modo in cui sono stata trattata, credo che il cliente debba sempre essere trattato con rispetto e mai mortificato, come invece è accaduto. Negative experience I bought a pair of ankle boots on December 22, the same evening I tried the shoes inside the house and one of the two ankle boots seemed wider than the other, so I did not wear the shoes to go out (I point out that I don't even have down the stairs). On December 27th (the first day it was possible) I went back to the shop asking if it was possible to try and possibly change the shoes, thinking that the pair I purchased was the trial one (which is why one of the two boots was wider ), to which the saleswoman asked me if I had worn the shoes outdoors and to my negative answer, she gave me another pair for the test. Shortly thereafter a colleague intervened who began by stating that she was sure that those boots had been used outdoors because the heel was worn and that they "notice" it, thus making me go as a liar in front of the other customers in the shop. Having worn the boots for a few minutes in my room and reflecting on the convinced observation of the saleswoman, I deduced that perhaps the shoes I purchased were not really new. At the end mortified I took the boots previously purchased and went away. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop, not so much for the quality of the items, but for the way I have been treated, I believe that the customer should always be treated with respect and never mortified, as has happened.

È in assoluto il negozio dove acquisto di pù perchè a tutto cio di cui ho bisogno. Marianna è fantastica come anche il resto dello staff, tutte cordiali e preparate sanno sempre consigliarti la cosa giusta. Amo questo negozio per me è insostituibile. Shop that goes beyond any fees. Clothes, shoes, bags and accessories are the top for me. Good value for money. It is absolutely the shop where I buy more because of everything I need. Marianna is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff, all friendly and prepared always know how to advise you on the right thing. I love this shop for me it is irreplaceable.

Onestamente ho trovato gli stessi i maglioni da altre parti, a prezzi più bassi e di qualità migliore sempre made in Italy.
