★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito era già stato a Colonnella e SIMONA mi gli ha risolto un problema sulla pellicola, ora ci troviamo al centro commerciale Porto grande e fortunatamente abbiamo trovato Lei che ancora una volta ci ha risolto un altro grosso problema ! Brava e molto competente!! Grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto Vodafone veramente vergognoso ,dopo un’attesa di 40 minuti, con un cliente e il figlio che si trastullavano all’interno e l’operatrice che parlava del più e del meno, mi ha detto per due volte che stava per finire, sono andato a fare la spesa all’iper, ripassando davanti c’era ancora lo stesso cliente , mi sono permesso di dire di chiudere la serranda, l’operatrice è uscita urlando che stava lavorando….?ALLA FACCIA

Già avevo avuto a che fare quando era nel negozio dell iper di colonnella e qui al centro commerciale porto grande non si è smentita nel suo operato efficiente e dettagliato e cura del cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema di disdetta e non riuscivo a contattare gli operatori Vodafone, ma grazie alla commessa Carmela , gentile e cordiale,mi ha dedicato più di mezz'ora ed è riuscita a farmi parlare con un operatore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera mentre ero al punto vendita e la commessa Simona era intenta a fare le complesse pratiche del mio contratto un signore attempato e infastidito dal protrarsi della pratica eslcamava ad alta voce "se non siete capaci abbassate la saracinesca" la commessa infastidita da tanta arroganza a tono rispondeva "che stiamo facendo una pratica complessa" la risposta dell uomo è stata "allora vado alla Tim". Peccato perché Vodafone secondo me è meglio.
