★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo store manager ha portato il mio numero da iliad a vodafone parlando del pacchetto "giga family". A detta sua, 150 giga a me a 9.90€ al mese e 100 al numero che era gia collegato col fisso. Per farla breve son passati due mesi e ho scoperto, tramite varie chiamate vodafone, che la giga family non è mai stata attivata, che i giga spettanti al numero passato a vodafone sarebbero stati 100 e non 150 come detto, e che il numero collegato al fisso sarebbe rimasto con 30 giga anzichè 100.
E mi pare di aver letto altre recensioni simili riguardo la "poca chiarezza"(chiamiamola cosí)
Insomma... fate attenzione.
The store manager took my number from iliad to vodafone talking about the "giga family" package. According to him, 150 gigs to me at € 9.90 per month and 100 to the number that was already connected with the landline. In short, two months have passed and I discovered, through various vodafone calls, that the giga family has never been activated, that the giga due to the number passed to vodafone would have been 100 and not 150 as mentioned, and that the number connected to the fixed would have remained with 30 giga instead of 100.
And I think I've read other similar reviews about the "lack of clarity" (let's call it that)

Mi sono rivolta a loro un paio di volte ed in entrambi i casi hanno fatto di tutto per risolvere i miei problemi.
Nessuno fa miracoli, ma l'approccio è sicuramente quello giusto?
Probably the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever served.
I approached them a couple of times and in both cases they went out of their way to solve my problems.
Nobody works miracles, but the approach is definitely the right one?

Poi sono tornato apposta da Torino ad Ascoli piceno per prenderlo 2 settimane successive ma arrivato lì il prezzo del cellulare ê raddoppiato giustamente perché è scattato il mese ... Ma no era un mio problema ... Doveva saperlo lui .. non io ... Una bella fregatura

Then I returned on purpose from Turin to Ascoli Piceno to pick it up 2 weeks later but when I got there the price of the cell phone doubled rightly because the month started ... But no, it was my problem ... He had to know .. not me .. A nice rip off
