La commessa, molto gentilmente mi ha invitata a contattare la casa produttrice dicendomi che probabilmente è un problema di aggiornamento. Praticamente ho un Cell nuovo non completamente funzionante il responsabile del punto vendita non si è minimamente adoperato per risolvere il problema. Serietà inesistente
I bought a Cell. In November, it never worked with a headset, they replaced it, I had to pay an additional € 30, they gave me another cell phone with the same defect. The saleswoman very kindly invited me to contact the manufacturer telling me that it is probably an update problem. Basically I have a new cell that is not fully functional and the store manager did not make any effort to solve the problem. Non-existent seriousness
