Curato nel arredamento e ben fornito di ogni cosa che desidera una persona che tiene alla salute, sia mangiando sia per la cura del corpo. Avanti così! It seems to me an exercise that was missing in Spoleto! Cared for in furnishing and well stocked with everything a person who cares about health wants, whether eating or caring for the body. Un piccolo supermercato dove tutto è rigorosamente BIO. I prezzi sono un po' altini ma la qualità è giusto che si paghi di più. At the Organic you can find everything: from vegetables, fruit, flours, to weaning products. Everything for desserts, herbal teas, recipe books. A small supermarket where everything is strictly BIO. The prices are a little high but the quality is right that you pay more.

Shelves practically empty or almost ... I was looking for sweets / bread fresh products but non-existent both in the evening and the next day in the morning ...

In più un buon the' bancha digestivo. Nice little place where they served me a cream of pumpkin, artichoke and Jerusalem artichoke with parsley and almond pesto created especially for my needs. Plus a good digestive 'bancha tea.

Finalmente ha riaperto il Biologico a Spoleto, Gianluca si è spostato ma è sempre lui, maestro nel far apprezzare ad un non vegano e non vegetariano come me dei piatti fantastici senza carne e derivati, ma ora nel menù troverete anche quelli, ottimi, con materie prime di qualità e sapientemente preparati ed impiattati da Gianluca! Location ottima per chi è di passaggio o in entrata a Spoleto e si trap a parcheggio facilmente! Quando vi siete stufati del “solito” passate a trovare il Market/Bistrot “il Biologico”!!! I missed you organic! Finally the Organic in Spoleto has reopened, Gianluca has moved but it is always him, a master in making a non-vegan and non-vegetarian like me appreciate fantastic dishes without meat and derivatives, but now on the menu you will also find those, excellent, with raw materials prime quality and expertly prepared and served by Gianluca! Excellent location for those who are passing through or entering Spoleto and are easily trapped in parking! When you are tired of the "usual", go to find the Market / Bistrot "il Biologico" !!!

Il posto è carino e la consumazione può essere fatta sia nei tavoli esterni che interni. La colazione al tavolo con caffè deca e dolcetto era veramente buona. Per i pasti ordinavo e portavo a casa (molto comodo). Purtroppo non ho la foto delle verdure marinate con cavolo rosso e avocado che era una delizia! I proprietari sono veramente carini e socievoli. Mi sono trovata bene e quando tornerò a Spoleto tornerò senz'altro I was in Spoleto for a couple of days and I discovered this organic shop with a truly stocked bistro. The place is nice and the drink can be done both in the external and internal tables. The breakfast at the table with deca coffee and dolcetto was really good. For meals I would order and take home (very convenient). Unfortunately I don't have the photo of the marinated vegetables with red cabbage and avocado which was delightful! The owners are really nice and sociable. I had a good time and when I return to Spoleto I will definitely return

Abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno detto che era possibile cenare previa prenotazione. Abbiamo trovato ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilità a fare da cornice ad un menu variegato. La gran parte di piatti a base di verdure, spezie e latticini, con qualche scelta anche di carne. Una cucina che unisce semplicità e gusto, un vero piacere per gli occhi e il palato. A surprise. We had looked for a place near Villa Redenta, where we attended an event, and we found this place. We called and they said it was possible to have dinner with prior reservation. We found hospitality, kindness and willingness to frame a varied menu. Most of the dishes are based on vegetables, spices and dairy products, with some choice of meat too. A cuisine that combines simplicity and taste, a real pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
