Mi sono recata alla lavanderia chiedendo spiegazioni, la commessa stizzita mi ha detto che: IL CAPO ERA VISIBILMENTE NON LAVATO, e che secondo le sue deduzioni io l'avevo ritirato, portato ed ero tornata da loro cercando di ottenere un secondo lavaggio gratis. INCREDIBILE ! Conclusione, ho dovuto pagare 2 volte per 1 lavaggio. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE questa lavanderia! Non ho mai avuto a che fare con persone così poco serie, di una scortesia disarmante! A week ago I went at the laundry isis, wearing a trench coat to wash, after having recovered and paid, I realized that in fact was not washed but only inserted in one of their "protective bags." I went to the laundry asking for explanations, the angry order told me that: THE HEAD WAS VISIBLY NOT WASHED, and that according to his deductions I had withdrawn him, brought and returned to them trying to get a second free wash. INCREDIBLE! Conclusion, I had to pay 2 times for 1 wash. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this laundry! I have never had anything to do with such poor-minded people, of a disarming rudeness!

Mi hanno lavato e stirato una camicia e non sono riuscite a togliere 2 macchioline di sugo dicendomi che non sono facili da togliere. Ho portato subito la camicia ad un'altra lavanderia di un centro commerciale in 1 ora me l'hanno restituita pulita e perfetta a soli 3€ Cambiate mestiere non fa per voi !!! People who can't do their job. Incompetent, unskilled and even arrogant. They washed and ironed my shirt and couldn't remove 2 specks of sauce, telling me they are not easy to remove. I immediately took the shirt to another laundry in a shopping center in 1 hour and they returned it to me clean and perfect for only € 3 Change jobs is not for you !!!

Avevo una giacca di renna con una macchia che da sola non sono riuscita a togliere ma solo ad attenuare. L'ho portata da loro e l'ho ritirata senza macchia!. Il costo per i capi in pelle è alto, ma si sa che sono capi estremamente delicati per i quali non esistono - o quasi - rimedi casalinghi efficaci If you don't know where to send your stained leather garments, this is the place! I had a reindeer jacket with a stain that alone I was unable to remove but only to mitigate. I took it to them and withdrew it spotless !. The cost for leather garments is high, but we know that they are extremely delicate garments for which there are no - or almost no - effective home remedies

Ricordavo altra sartoria presente nella galleria, poi cessata, che riconsegnava gli orli semplici eseguiti nel giro di 15 minuti, mentre si faceva la spesa, ad un prezzo attorno ai 5 euro e con due signore gentili che prendevano la misura e davano anche consigli. Probabilmente influenzato da questo positivo ricordo e di passaggio all'Ipercoop, ho avuto la pessima idea di rivolgermi a questa lavanderia che esibiva un cartello di piccoli lavori di sartoria, per l'orlo di un jeans: 1^ sorpresa il prezzo (9 euro), 2^ sorpresa il tempo di riconsegna (1 settimana), 3^ sorpresa l'esecuzione del lavoro (mi dicono che viene fatto all'esterno; mi chiedo se anche qui ci sono di mezzo i cinesi e l'outsourcing...). Decorsa la settimana il jeans non era pronto, dopo ulteriori 2 giorni idem. Manifesto la mia contrarietà alla signora presente in negozio, che con tono molto arrogante e provocatorio mi risponde che non può farci niente, che non dipende da loro (sic!) e che non è obbligata a stare ad ascoltare il mio "pistolotto" (usa questo termine). Le dico che entro il pomeriggio voglio il mio jeans, con orlo o senza, in quest'ultimo caso con restituzione del prezzo già pagato. Risposta ancor più provocatoria: "Perchè sennò che fa?". Ritiro il jeans e chiudo qui l'esperienza negativa: da evitare assolutamente per la sartoria, non posso esprimermi per la lavanderia che comunque eviterò in ogni caso vista la gentilezza della signora. I manifest my opposition to the lady present in the shop, who in a very arrogant and provocative tone replies that she can't do anything about it, that it doesn't depend on them (sic!) And that she is not obliged to listen to my "pistolotto" (use this term). I tell her that by the afternoon I want my jeans, with or without hems, in the latter case with a refund of the price already paid. An even more provocative answer: "Why else what are you doing?". I collect the jeans and close here the negative experience: to be avoided absolutely for the tailoring, I cannot express myself for the laundry which in any case I will avoid in any case given the kindness of the lady.
