Sempre gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le spiegazioni, in più occasioni mi ha permesso di avere il massimo dalle offerte TIM spendendo il minimo.
Ho avuto anche bisogno di assistenza telefonica e si è dimostrato sempre gentile e diaponibile, risolvendomi il problema nel giro di un'oretta. Top!!!!!
