Vorher war **Wir wollten einen Ofen kaufen und hätten etwas Beratung gebraucht. So viele Verkaufsberater in allen Abteilungen, am TV studieren, eine Lehrtochter am Regale auffüllen aber niemand fühlte zuständig. Man hat gerufen hieß es. Nun, nach 15 min sind wir gegangen und haben den Ofen bei Unieuro gekauft!

Ho acquistato delle cuffie in questo negozio , ma dopo che le ho provate mi accorgo della bassa qualità del prodotto e anche del malfunzionamento. Decisi così di tornare in negozio dopo 3 giorni dal acquisto per restituirle e prendere altro , il cambio non viene gestito dal personale (poco formato) ma bensì dal responsabile e un suo superiore . Il responsabile insieme al suo superiore NON solo non hanno cambiato la merce ma sono stati pure maleducati e arroganti . Permettendo che al acquisto del prodotto mi è stato riferito che per qualsiasi problema o malfunzionamento potevo tornare in negozio con lo scontrino ed effettuare il cambio. BUGIARDI E SCADENTI. Allego la foto dello scontro per dimostrare che sono passati solo 3 giorni dal acquisto del prodotto e che non si ha nessun diritto di recesso o di cambio . Sconsigliato MAI PIU

I bought some headphones in this shop, but after I try them I notice the low quality of the product and also the malfunction. So I decided to go back to the shop after 3 days from the purchase to return them and take something else, the change is not managed by the staff (little trained) but by the manager and his superior. The manager together with his superior NOT only did not change the goods but were also rude and arrogant. Allowing that upon purchasing the product I was told that for any problem or malfunction I could go back to the shop with the receipt and make the change. LIES AND POOR. I am attaching the photo of the fight to show that only 3 days have passed since the purchase of the product and that you have no right of withdrawal or exchange. NEVER AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDED
