Ovviamente non rientra in garanzia e mi chiedono a spese mie la riparazione. Il discorso sarebbe anche giusto dopo 10 anni ma no dopo 6 mesi per un utilizzo minimo essendo una casa estiva Bad experience, after buying several products, one of my 2 double mattresses after 6 months all the quilting of the external covering is unraveled. Il motivo lo conoscete sicuramente, per tanto, inutili le vostre solite risposte... Servizio clienti contattato e, tra l'altro anche qui gentilezza ed educazione inesistenti...... PECCATO PERDERE CREDIBILITÀ PER POCHI EURO !!! Cash Bed is a joke !!!! Attirati dalla pubblicità in tv, ci siamo recati al punto vendita dove, al posto della merce in offerta (non più disponibile), abbiamo trovato mancanza di professionalità, sarcasmo e battute irriverenti. Ad esempio, alla domanda riguardante l'altezza del letto contenitore la commessa ci ha detto che la valigia andava messa in orizzontale (e non in piedi) e che, comunque, saremmo tranquillamente potuti tornare con la valigia e, magari, portare anche il "pigiamino". Mi sento di suggerire di investire meno in pubblicità e di più nella formazione del personale. Sconsiglio caldamente di perdere tempo visitando questo negozio. Bad experience.
