I had a problem with configuration settings for a prepaid SIM card that I bought in another city for my pocket WiFi. It took a while to get it properly setup, because my device started to malfunction, but the frontliner who attended to me as very patient and knowledgeable. After several attempts and alternative approaches, her was able to get it to work. Made my day.

The staff were polite and helpful today. I had a bad experience at the Stazione Centrale Vodaphone store. They sold me a sim without explaining the plan, and gave me the wrong phone number. The guy at the Corso Buenos Aries store helped me to purchase sms, connect to WhatsApp - and in doing so discovered that I had initially been given the wrong number for my phone!! Thankyou to the lovely staff at the Corso Buenos Aires Store!

I had spent two days failing to solve an issue with my vodafone contract through customer service channels. Martina from this store was priceless in identifying the problem and contacting relevant support desks, ultimately finding a solution and ensuring that it would be activated. This took almost an hour! Without her intervention i was ready to change operator, thank you Martina!

It was disappointing. The female staff in the store didn't help solve the problem and had an indifferent attitude. Went to Loreto's Vodafone store, solved the problem in one minute, recommended there.

I purchased a phone in the store. On the same day I wanted to change the phone to another model, even more expensive one. without touching the phone or opening at all. The sellers couldn't care less about my request and told me there is nothing to do and I cannot change my purchase. On the website there is an explicit document that says I am eligible to cancel any transaction during the first 14 days. I talked to customer service twice, in both times they told me that the store must change my phone if its the first 14 days. in the store the answer that I got was "customer service are wrong" It is a shame that a serious company like Vodafone decides to take this right from their clients without letting them know and without writing it or telling it at all. (especially when customer service tells the client that he still has this right!) I will never recommend anyone to choose Vodafone services after I understood how much they care about their clients' rights.
