Dal momento che devo sistemare un circuito complesso e che presenta cavi di diversi colori e diametri ho chiesto alla persona dietro al banco di poter avere i cavi nei diversi colori che mi servivano(Per non fare confusione e fare un lavoro migliore), oltre che un cavo nero per le messe a terra. Per tutta risposta il signore che lavora nel negozio non mi ha voluto vendere i cavi nei colori che mi servivano nonostante lì avesse. La sua risposta è stata di comprare gli altri colori di cui ho bisogno in un altro negozio. Questa esperienza dimostra lo scarso interesse nei confronti del cliente, oltre che la boriosità del proprietario nel rispondere che il lavoro si può fare anche con cavi dello stesso colore. Non tornerò mai più in questo negozio in quanto la persona dietro al banco non si è dimostrata di alcun aiuto nei miei confronti e mi ha lasciato senza il materiale di cui ho bisogno che ovviamente comprerò altrove. Mi aspettavo molto di più da un negozio con una valutazione così alta. Lo sconsiglio. I went to buy electric cables. Since I have to fix a complex circuit and having cables of different colors and diameters, I asked the person behind the counter can have the cables in different colors that I needed (To avoid confusion, and do a better job), as well as a black cable for earth connections. In response, the gentleman who works in the shop did not want to sell me the cables in the colors I needed although he had them. His response was to buy the other colors I need in another store. I will never go back to this store as the person behind the counter has not been of any help to me and has left me without the material I need which I will obviously buy elsewhere. I expected a lot more from a store with such a high rating. I do not recommend it.

Unico aspetto da migliorare l'arredamento e attrezzature da ammodernare. Medium-sized family-run shop, well stocked and with a young but skilled salesman.
