★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho partecipato a diversi corsi tenuti dalla Chef Serena Babbo, che avevo letto essere una delle migliori in Italia per la cucina vegana e crudista. Ha confermato la sua nomea in ogni momento.
Mi ha insegnanto un modo nuovo di usare ingredienti sani e biologici, alcuni non comuni. Serena è stata accogliente, esauriente e simpatica, disponibile a rispondere a tutte le domende, anche tecniche, che le sono state poste. I piatti molto gustosi e ben presentati. La chef è riuscita a trasmettere perfettamente l'amore verso questo tipo di alimentazione, sana e... da leccarsi i baffi!!!
Consiglio i corsi della chef Serena Babbo a tutti coloro che sono interessati alla cucina sana con taglio vegano, proposta con intelligenza e praticità.
È stato davvero meraviglioso poter imparare, gustare e avere tanti spunti interessanti sui quali poter riflettere. Che dire, serata speciale e cuoca davvero unica!!! Grazie di tutto e ci vediamo presto per il corso di pasticceria vegana crudista...non vedo l'ora!!! Angela
 I attended several courses taught by Chef Serena Babbo, which I had read to be one of the best in Italy for vegan and raw food. He confirmed his reputation at all times.
He taught me a new way to use healthy and organic ingredients, some uncommon. Serena was welcoming, comprehensive and nice, available to answer all the questions, including technical ones, that were asked. Very tasty and well presented dishes. The chef has managed to perfectly convey the love for this type of diet, healthy and ... mouth-watering !!!
I recommend the courses of chef Serena Santa to all those interested in healthy vegan cuisine, proposed with intelligence and practicality.
It was really wonderful to be able to learn, taste and have many interesting ideas on which to reflect. What can I say, a special evening and a truly unique cook !!! Thanks for everything and see you soon for the raw food vegan pastry course ... I can't wait !!! Angela
