★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management needs to seriously look at the way their staff treats customers! We were in store on 29 March 2018 to ask about sim card activation status. The sales people were reluctant to serve us because Italian was not our first language. The rude sales person spoke to us rudely and just walked away while we were waiting for his response. He ended the sales interaction abruptly. Avoid if you don't speak Italian.
