★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio dopo 3 mesi di telefonate si può solo al call center e fatto 4 reclami dove le risposte sono verrà richiamata entro 4-5 giorni dall'ufficio commerciale mai successo aspetto tutt'ora.
Questa sera dopo la telefonata di ieri dove una signorina mi ha dato un numero da chiamare per l'ufficio commerciale ho chiamato è il numero della BMW
Questa sera una signorina del call center ha controllato la mia situazione è mi dice che il mio reclamo è infondato, non ho mai pagato il modem perchè nelle ultime bollette mi trovo addebitato il costo.
La TIM è diventata una società che non si interessa più dei suoi clienti dopo che hanno fatto un contratto, anche se dovessero fare dei reclami non rispondono fanno pagare quello che vogliono.
Se dovessi cambiare gestore leggo nei reclami che fanno pagare una penale anche se non ci aspetta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerta internet pagata €99 il primo febbraio mai attivata nonostante innumerevoli reclami al 119. Mai richiamato a oggi 19 marzo neppure una volta dal servizio tecnico. Attivata senza consenso dell'utente altra offerta che al termine fa scattare internet a consumo decurtando €10 dal credito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 13/3 Telecom Italia spa Milano ha addebitato con pagamento di carta di credito, usata come abbonamento per Tim Mobile, € 25,00. Sono entrato in My Tim ed ho trovato un addebito di34€ per abbonamento e rinnovo di lo sai e chiama ora. L'operatore non ha saputo spiegare i 34€. Ha detto che i 25€ sono per telefonia fissa. Peccato che il fisso è da 20 anni del gestore Fastweb. Che pasticcio immenso. Non voglio parlare della truffa della Telecom di 20 anni fa, ne parlò il Tg nazionale. addio Tim ora cambio gestore
On 13/3 Telecom Italia spa Milan charged € 25.00 by credit card, used as a subscription for Tim Mobile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avete attivato per 3 volte TimVision insieme a Netflix,senza che vi sia richiesto nulla.
Ovviamente ogni volta,arriva il corriere e deposita il decoder.
Ho fatto mille chiamate alla Tim,con tanto di reclamo,ma a quanto pare,è peggio che parlare con i sordi (e non me ne vogliano i sordi).
Ora, oggi il terzo decoder è stato respinto, ma gli altri 2 sono ancora in mio possesso e qui rimarranno finché non risolvete la cosa,e comunque verrete voi a ritirarli,perché oltre il danno,la beffa...dovrei pure rispedirli a mie spese.
Il pagamento delle fatture in banca è stato revocato e domani scatta denuncia alla Polizia Postale.
