Precisione e sicurezza, visto che vengono rispettate attentamente tutte le normative vigenti. Inoltre, ogni membro dello staff è ampiamente preparato, ma soprattutto sono presenti empatia e attenzione al paziente che ad oggi, non si possono dare assolutamente per scontate. Mi sento sicura e vado piacevolmente dal dentista, cosa che prima era un incubo! Non sarò mai abbastanza grata alla dottoressa Giulia Bormida; che lavora visibilmente con grandissima passione, così come tutto il resto dello staff... Siete davvero un'eccellenza!
 I feel totally lucky and happy to have come to this highly professional studio! Accuracy and safety, given that all current regulations are carefully respected. In addition, each member of the staff is fully trained, but above all there is empathy and attention to the patient that today cannot be taken for granted. I feel safe and pleasantly go to the dentist, which was a nightmare before! Il paziente si sente a proprio agio anche grazie alla gentilezza delle receptionist che ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso. Dopo aver fatto tanti tentativi , sono riuscita finalmente ad ottenere un beneficio per il mio problema mandibolare e per questo , da Torino , sono in cura presso questo Studio di Milano (peraltro comodo da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici).
Studio of valid professionals who work with preparation, dedication and courtesy. The patient feels at ease also thanks to the kindness of the receptionists who always welcome you with a smile. After having made many attempts, I was finally able to obtain a benefit for my jaw problem and for this reason, from Turin, I am being treated at this clinic in Milan (which is also convenient to reach by public transport).

La Dottoressa Musella fa l'ablazione con una mano leggerissima, al punto di aver sentito il minimo fastidio durante l'intervento. La Dottoressa Viganò è professionale e precis,a ma allo stesso tempo rassicurante e molto vicina ai suoi pazienti. Uno studio per le necessità di tutti, adulti e bambini, che ha a cuore il bene dei propri pazienti. Ormai, il mio studio!
All excellent, from the welcome of the very kind and helpful Annalisa and Giovanna, to the assistance staff. Doctor Musella does the ablation with a very light hand, to the point of having felt the slightest discomfort during the surgery. Doctor Viganò is professional and precise, but at the same time reassuring and very close to her patients. A study for the needs of everyone, adults and children, which has the good of its patients at heart. Now, my studio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine dicembre 2021 ho avuto un forte dolore ad un dente. Ho chiamato lo studio Bormida e mi è stato dato un appuntamento da lì a 2 giorni, poi annullato il giorno successivo. A cosa serve un dentista che si nega quando un suo paziente ha mal di denti?
Ho sempre pagato puntualmente le cure e le pulizie che mi sono state consigliate e mi sarei aspettata quantomeno una maggiore disponibilità da parte vostra. Comunque ringrazio tutto lo studio e in particolare il Dott. Giorgio Bormida per aver rifiutato di curarmi perché così facendo mi ha dato modo di trovare un altro dentista fra l'altro anche più vicino a dove abito.
At the end of December 2021 I had severe pain in a tooth. I called the Bormida studio and was given an appointment within 2 days, then canceled the next day. What good is a dentist who denies himself when his patient has a toothache?
I have always paid punctually for the treatments and cleaning that have been recommended to me and I would have expected at least a greater availability from you. Anyway, I thank the whole studio and in particular Dr. Giorgio Bormida for refusing to treat me because by doing so he gave me the opportunity to find another dentist, among other things, even closer to where I live.

Lo studio si distingue in modo eccelso sia nella fase preliminare alla visita (con mail di reminder corredata ad allegato di anamnesi oltre che ad una illustrazione completa dei servizi e del team) sia nella fase di accettazione e accoglienza, del tutto attenta e accorta anche nei presidi sanitari specifici per l’emergenza CoVid-19. Mi sono recato per una visita di controllo ed è stata svolta in modo completo ed esaustivo. La Dott.ssa Giulia Bormida, oltre ad approcciare la visita in modo professionale, mi ha illustrato e spiegato tutto in modo chiaro e comprensivo (non una cosa scontata). Ritengo essere uno dei pochi studi di reale eccellenza nell’ampio panorama degli studi odontoiatrici milanesi.
Magnificent experience at the Bormida studio, staff and team of the highest professional and human level. The firm stands out in an excellent way both in the preliminary phase to the visit (with a reminder email accompanied by an anamnesis attachment as well as a complete illustration of the services and the team) and in the acceptance and reception phase, completely attentive and shrewd even in the specific health facilities for the CoVid-19 emergency. I went for a follow-up visit and it was done completely and comprehensively. Dr. Giulia Bormida, in addition to approaching the visit in a professional way, illustrated and explained everything to me in a clear and comprehensive way (not a foregone conclusion). I believe to be one of the few studios of real excellence in the wide panorama of Milanese dental practices.
